If you are interested in having a RV delivered and set up on your campsite at Montana de Oro SP, Morro Bay SB, Morro Strand SP, and San Simeon SP Campgrounds, the following Concessionaire is the approved contract provider: Paso Robles RV Rentals (888) 898-2267 or www.PasoRoblesRVrentals.com . No business or private party may conduct business on State Park property without an approved contract. Morro Strand State Beach is a three-mile coastal frontage park. From the beach, visitors can view the entire Estero Bay, including Morro Rock. Activities include fishing, surfing, wind and kite surfing, kite flying, sunbathing, strolling on the beach, bird watching, and exploring the town of Morro Bay. Check the State Parks website for additional information on the weather, suggested day hikes, or to see the park brochure, campground map, park photos, video, and more. Morro Strand S.B. runs parallel to Highway One through the towns of Morro Bay and Cayucos. The campground is accessed using Yerba Buena Street in north Morro Bay. Use 24th street in Cayucos to access the northern part of the beach. |

Any Discount Passes must be presented at the time of check-in and/or at the request of park staff. ADA Accessible Sites: Persons reserving an ADA site must possess a State-issued DMV Disabled Placard or License Plate, and must be one of the parties occupying these sites. No transferring of plates or placards. In order to be eligible for discounted prices you must possess a State Park Disabled Discount Pass (DDP) or Distinguished Veteran Pass (DVP). DMV Plates/Placards alone do not automatically qualify you for discounts. With Site Specific Reservations, no switching of campsites is allowed upon arrival. You must occupy the site you reserved. Those campers arriving at the campground without a reservation must check the “Available Campsite List” posted at the entrance; you must occupy only campsites listed as available. Frequently, we are completely booked. WARNING: Switching sites or occupying a reserved site without a corresponding valid reservation will subject you to citation, ejection from the campground, and cancellation of any existing reservations. Your reservation fees include entry for 1 primary vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle or trailer, if applicable. Any extra vehicles will be charged an additional per night fee at the park. Although your site may hold 2 or more vehicles, your reservation only pays for the primary vehicle (with tow.) Please note: a trailer or towed vehicle counts toward the maximum vehicles per site limitation, which is 3 total. Not all sites will hold 3 vehicles; all vehicles must fit within the campsite parking pad. Standard campsites: Maximum RV/Vehicle length is 24’ (plus 3’ for hitch = 27’ overall). Campsites A, B, and D can accommodate up to 40’ max; Campsite C can accommodate up to 30’ max. Hook-Up campsites: Maximum RV/Vehicle length is up to 40’. Check campsite details for specific limits. Reservations and Check-in: Reservations are site specific and available All Year. The entrance kiosk is only staffed during the summer months. During the off-season, register or pay additional fees using the self-pay station located at the entrance to the campground. Additional Notes: There is a 10-day consecutive stay limit and a 20-day total per calendar year maximum. Please do not confuse this campground with Morro Bay State Park! There are restrooms but no showers at this campground! |
